By using MathMigo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

2. The Service

MathMigo provides educational math worksheets and grading. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant MathMigo LLC a limited license to process and store it for providing the service. All MathMigo materials are the property of MathMigo LLC.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
