1. Agreement

By using MathMigo (website, app, or worksheets), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Only parents/guardians 18+ can create accounts. You're responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

2. What We Provide

MathMigo offers personalized math worksheets for kids ages 3-12, AI-powered camera grading, and progress tracking.

This is a supplemental learning tool, not a replacement for school or professional tutoring. We don't guarantee specific educational outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing: $29/month or $279/year per student. 7-day free trial for new users.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing [email protected].

Refunds: No refunds for partial periods or unused worksheets, except where required by law. Printed worksheets remain yours.

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply to future billing periods, not your current one.

4. What You Can't Do

Don't: Sell or redistribute worksheets commercially (they're for personal household use only), hack or interfere with our systems, reverse engineer our grading algorithms, create multiple accounts to abuse trials, upload inappropriate content, or share your account with others.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Ownership & Rights

We own all worksheets, content, software, and IP. You get a limited license to print worksheets for your household.

When you submit worksheet photos for grading, you keep ownership but give us permission to process them, improve our AI, and provide support.

Feedback you share becomes ours to use without obligation to you.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We don't guarantee: uninterrupted access, 100% grading accuracy, specific learning results, or error-free operation.

Our AI grading depends on photo quality, lighting, and handwriting. It's not perfect.

We're not liable for third-party services (payment processors, hosting, etc.).

7. Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

This includes grading errors, data loss, service interruptions, or any other issues.

Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Disputes & Arbitration

Try to resolve disputes informally first by emailing [email protected].

If that fails, disputes go to binding arbitration (AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules) instead of court. No class actions.

Governed by Delaware law. You can use small claims court if your claim qualifies.

9. General Terms

We can update these Terms with 30 days notice via email.

If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
